AI Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Transformation Opportunity Identification, Solution Design, and Value Delivery

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business models, operational workflows, key pain points, and efficiency bottlenecks of different business functions, and identify high-value scenarios where AI can drive optimization and transformation.
  • Work closely with business teams to explore AI application opportunities in areas such as operational efficiency improvement, cost reduction, knowledge management, data analysis, report generation, workflow automation, customer support, training enablement, and decision support.
  • Design customized AI transformation solutions for different business functions, including business process optimization, operational workflow redesign, AI Agent adoption, automation workflows, enterprise knowledge bases, and intelligent decision support.
  • Drive AI projects from requirement collection, feasibility assessment, priority evaluation, and PoC validation to full implementation, ensuring that AI applications are effectively embedded into business processes and deliver real business value.
  • Develop reusable AI use cases, best practices, prompt templates, workflow templates, and rollout approaches to enable scalable reuse of AI capabilities across different teams.

2. Vibe Coding and AI Project Development

  • Be familiar with Vibe Coding tools and development methodologies, and be able to independently use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, and similar platforms to develop AI-related applications, automation scripts, business tools, or front-end prototypes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, development teams, or external partners to drive AI projects from prototype validation to production deployment.
  • Combine low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, and AI capabilities to improve project delivery efficiency.

3. AI Service Product and Solution Innovation

  • Identify AI-related service product opportunities and work with business teams to design AI service products for internal or customer-facing scenarios.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with existing services, support models, training programs, knowledge management processes, or operational workflows to create new service models or productized solutions.
  • Stay up to date with technology trends such as Generative AI, AI Agents, multi-agent collaboration, RAG, enterprise knowledge bases, and AI automation, and evaluate their application value in business scenarios.
  • Drive the evolution of AI capabilities from internal productivity tools to scalable service capabilities.

4. Cross-functional Leadership, Training, and AI Culture Building

  • Lead or coordinate cross-functional AI projects and promote collaboration among business, operations, IT, and management teams.
  • Design and deliver internal AI training programs, workshops, sharing sessions, awareness campaigns, and practical use case promotions.
  • Help business functions understand and master practical ways of using AI tools, improving the overall AI adoption capability of the organization.
  • Build AI use case libraries, prompt template libraries, best practice documentation, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
  • Promote AI culture building, making AI a standard capability in daily team operations rather than just an auxiliary tool.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Familiar with AI-related concepts and technology stacks, including AI, Large Language Models, AI Agents, and RAG.
  • Proficient in at least one Vibe Coding development tool, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
  • Possess basic development capabilities and be proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar languages.
  • Possess fundamental software engineering knowledge and be able to understand basic concepts such as system architecture, data flow, APIs, access control, deployment, and operations.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is preferred, such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, RAG, enterprise knowledge bases, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, with strong learning agility, adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore new technologies and drive their implementation in real business scenarios.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
