We are looking for an AI Transformation Project Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI and automation across AGCO’s supply chain planning landscape including demand, supply, material, inventory, transportation, and logistics planning.
This is a business transformation role with technology as the enabler. You will translate our AI ambition into a roadmap; turn use cases into scalable products; and ensure measurable outcomes. You will help digitize and harmonize planning processes, scale agentic AI, and introduce governed autonomous decision-making with human oversight.
Your Impact
Partner with business leaders, IT, AI champions, and external technology providers to drive adoption, build AI-native capabilities, and track portfolio performance against delivery, adoption, governance, ROI, and value-realization KPIs
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Strong transformation leadership, product delivery, change management, and executive stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both German and English
