Define and drive the AI transformation from a people perspective
Turn AI strategy into a clear and simple direction that can be understood across the business
Work closely with the Competence Center for AI, Global People Team, and Functional AI leads to align on priorities and next steps
Design a practical change and communication approach to support the rollout of AI initiatives
Create key materials such as management presentations, training concepts, and communication formats to support the transformation
Help build a structured approach to AI adoption that can be used across different teams and functions
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Strong experience working on AI or digital transformation initiatives, ideally in large or international organizations
Confident working with senior stakeholders, including presenting and discussing topics at C-level
Experience in change management and communication, especially in environments where new technologies are introduced
Ability to work across different teams and functions, bringing people together and aligning them
Practical mindset with the ability to turn ideas into clear actions and deliverables
Experience creating presentations, training materials, or frameworks that can be reused and scaled
