The AI Transformation Analyst will support the identification, assessment, and development of AI-enabled business transformation opportunities across Commercial Banking, Lending, Credit Risk, Banker Experience, Workflow, and Portfolio Monitoring initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with transformation, innovation, business, and technology leaders to evaluate business challenges, analyze processes, research emerging AI capabilities, support business case development, and contribute to future-state strategy initiatives.

Undergraduate degree completed within the last 2–3 years in:

Related discipline
2–3 years of relevant experience
Internship, co-op, consulting, business analyst, product, technology, research, or innovation experience considered an asset

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
