This role exists to close that gap.
Rather than building curriculum or managing logistics, you’ll lead high-impact training experiences that help leaders and employees actually change how they work. You’ll begin with executive teams, earning C-suite buy-in and proficiency before expanding throughout the organization.
Success isn’t measured by how engaging a session feels. It’s measured by whether people actively use AI in their daily work—and whether clients achieve business outcomes they can confidently present to their boards.

As an AI Transformation Trainer, you’ll be at the center of that transformation—working directly with executive teams and employees to make AI part of how organizations operate every day. The success of the clients you train becomes proof of the company’s methodology and impact.
