Your mission

• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools and methods, translating them into applicable design workflows and prototypes;
• Collaborate closely with designers and strategists to explore new possibilities of AI in creativity, user research, and user experience
• Build lightweight tools/scripts to enhance team efficiency and creative expression
• Interpret AI trends and their applications for both internal teams and clients, shaping them into reusable methods or toolkits
• Support software/hardware prototyping when needed, enabling rapid validation and demonstration of innovative concepts
• Act as a strategic partner across departments—translating creative objectives into technical implementations and vice versa.
• Promote cross-studio exchange and AI integration in workflows.

Your profile

• Solid understanding of LLMs, generative AI, interface tools like ComfyUI, and multimodal tools, with hands-on application experience
• Basic programming and rapid prototyping skills (Python/JavaScript, API integration, automation scripts)
• Strong grasp of design and innovation processes, able to collaborate smoothly with designers and strategists
• Curiosity and an experimental mindset, demonstrated through a portfolio (e.g., AI-driven interactions, generative design, AI-assisted research, or innovative prototypes)

• Experience building AI Agents and workflow orchestration; familiarity with frameworks such as MCP, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Systemic/architectural thinking: ability to integrate complex design workflows with AI tools and translate them into reusable solutions
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and hardware ecosystems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, IoT, etc.), with the ability to rapidly create interactive or functional prototypes
• Strong understanding of AI automation and system integration in creative industries
