For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 7+ years of experience, with a proven track record leading and mentoring AI and Software Engineering teams
  • Strategic approach to identifying, designing, and building AI workflows for global business needs
  • Strong background as a Full stack developer with Node.js and React
  • Experience integrating AI into existing systems across different solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI models, frameworks, and deployment strategies
  • Expertise in designing secure and scalable AI system architectures
  • Experience managing projects through entire lifecycles
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities in AI-related technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Hands-on experience in coding and software integrations
  • Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
  • Availability for remote work based in Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU candidates are welcome if open to relocate in Portugal).
