We're looking for an experienced engineer to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of
Python
and
Computer Vision
solutions. Whether you're an established
Tech Lead
or a strong
Senior
ready to step up, we want to talk.

This role goes beyond hands-on development - you'll shape long-term technical strategy, lead complex initiatives, and ensure scalable, production-ready systems that align with business and client expectations.

  • Lead complex problem-solving and innovation in
    CV solutions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions

  • Define and drive technical strategy aligned with business and client goals

  • Design and own end-to-end
    Computer Vision systems
    (data → model → deployment)

  • Establish
    engineering and MLOps best practices

  • Mentor engineers and lead technical direction across teams

  • Manage technical risks, compliance, and system sustainability


Requirements


Qualifications


  • 4+ years
    of hands-on engineering experience building and shipping production systems

  • Track record of taking systems from prototype to production

  • Solid experience with
    Computer Vision (e.g., detection, segmentation, OCR, tracking, video analytics)
    - or strong
    ML/deep learning
    experience with a clear path into CV

  • Proficiency in
    Python & C++

  • Hands-on experience with
    PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV

  • Working knowledge of deep learning fundamentals (CNNs, Transformers)

  • Leadership and mentorship capability -- or clear potential to grow into it


Nice to Have


  • Prior Tech Lead experience, with a track record of driving cross-functional teams

  • Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, ML pipelines)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Spark)

  • Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant technical field (but, we care far more about what you've built than what you've studied)

  • Experience with Generative AI or multi-modal systems

  • Experience working with international clients or in outsourcing environments

  • Contributions to research, publications, or open source
