Who we are looking for

We’re hiring an AI Team Lead to deliver enterprise AI solutions end-to-end, with strong focus on the Microsoft AI stack (Azure, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio) and experience across broader AI ecosystems. You’ll combine solution architecture, hands-on engineering, and customer leadership to build secure, scalable AI solutions—especially AI agents, automation, and integrations with organization system like SAP and Salesforce.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture for AI solutions: security, governance, identity, data access, privacy, and auditability.
• Lead delivery of core AI systems: AI agents, orchestration/tool actions, RAG patterns, and workflow automations (often via Copilot Studio).
• Drive production readiness: CI/CD, testing, monitoring, reliability, performance, and cost governance.
• Deliver robust enterprise integrations (SAP/Salesforce/APIs/events/middleware) with strong error handling and observability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to discover needs, define success metrics, and translate them into delivery plans.
• Run adoption and enablement: use-case shaping, user training, change management support, and feedback loops.
• Improve usage and outcomes through continuous iteration, measurement, and operational insights.

Requirements

• Proven delivery of enterprise AI products (LLM apps, agents, RAG, orchestration, tool/function calling).
• Hands-on AI experience: prefer in Microsoft Azure + AI Foundry + Copilot Studio.
• Strong architecture judgment across security/latency/cost/time-to-value, plus ability to lead and mentor a delivery team.
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset; excellent communication; fast learner who stays current in AI.

Nice to have deep SAP/Salesforce integration experience, enterprise compliance/audit background, AI production operations
