Drive work planning, capacity management, and delivery cadence: keeping the team focused on impact.
Translate business priorities into engineering plans and advocate for your team's needs with leadership.
Build a culture of code review, knowledge sharing, and constructive technical debate.
Technical
Own technical direction for your team's services: architecture decisions, API design, infrastructure patterns, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
Establish and enforce engineering standards across CI/CD pipelines, repository structure, testing strategies, and deployment practices.
Stay hands-on enough to review code, debug production issues, and make informed architecture calls.
Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools and measure their team-level impact.
