AI Talent Acquisition Lead / Partner旧金山、上海社招全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述The most critical competition in the AI era is the competition for human capital.
Models will iterate, and compute will become a commodity. However, identifying and attracting the world’s top 0.1% talent remains a task with no shortcuts—and it is the one thing AI cannot replace.
We believe that talent density determines a company’s ceiling. We are not looking for a "recruiter" to fill seats; we are looking for a Talent Investor who treats "investing in people" as the highest leverage activity in the organization.
What You Will Do:
Architect the Global AI Talent Map: Maintain a live, dynamic map of top-tier researchers, infrastructure engineers, and product visionaries across the globe, with a focus on the Silicon Valley and Seattle ecosystems.
Develop Scarcity Identification Methodology: Move beyond resume screening. Create a system to identify "hidden gems" and rare talent through code contributions, research impact, and unconventional signals.
Business & Technical Synthesis: Deeply understand AI scaling laws, infra bottlenecks, and product moats to judge who will truly bring "incremental value" to our specific mission.
High-Stakes Decision Making: Lead the end-to-end search and closing process for mission-critical roles. You are responsible for Talent Quality, not hiring volume.
Strategic Density Support: Partner with the leadership team to provide strategic insights on organizational design and talent density to ensure our "civilization ceiling" continues to rise.
Requirements:
A profound passion for understanding people. You should be deeply embedded in the AI venture and startup ecosystem, knowing the key players, their past projects, and their motivations.
AI-Native Fluency: You don't just talk about AI; you use it. You should understand current technical directions (Long Context, Agents, Scaling) and use AI tools to supercharge your own workflow.
Proven Track Record: Experience in high-stakes talent acquisition or strategy within AI/Tech unicorns or top-tier research labs.
VC/Investor Background (Preferred): Experience as an Investment Manager/Associate at a VC or YC-backed startup is a huge plus. We value an "investor's eye" for potential.
Digital Footprint (Preferred): An active GitHub profile, a product portfolio, or a personal "digital asset flywheel" that demonstrates your builder mindset.
Location & Logistics:
Base: San Francisco, CA (Silicon Valley Core).
