AI Support Analyst


We are seeking an
AI Support Analyst

to provide day-to-day support for AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing solutions. This role will focus on monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the
accuracy and reliability of AI outputs and data workflows

across environments leveraging
AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM

.


This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a mix of
technical support, data analysis, and troubleshooting experience

, with interest in AI-driven systems.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide
    L1/L2 support

    for AI-driven applications, data pipelines, and integrations

  • Monitor systems and respond to
    alerts, incidents, and performance issues

  • Troubleshoot issues related to
    AI outputs, data inconsistencies, and system integrations

  • Validate
    data quality and accuracy

    across ETL/ELT pipelines and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)

  • Support
    API integrations and data flows

    between systems, including CRM platforms like DealCloud

  • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain
    runbooks and knowledge base articles

  • Assist with
    incident management

    , escalation, and root cause analysis

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and data teams to ensure
    production stability

  • Support
    user inquiries and provide guidance

    on system functionality and issues

  • Identify opportunities for
    automation and process improvements

    within support operations


Requirements


Required Qualifications


  • 2–4 years of experience in
    Application Support, Production Support, QA, or Data Support roles

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Proficiency in
    SQL

    for data validation and issue investigation

  • Familiarity with
    cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)

  • Experience working with
    data pipelines or ETL processes

  • Exposure to
    monitoring tools

    (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)

  • Experience with
    API troubleshooting or integration support

  • Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users
