This position is for the purpose of ensuring the success of a very large portfolio of distributed products by achieving its target sales revenue, profit and return of invested capital. The role is to achieve this by working with its team member of product managers, solution and sales manager to ensure that the business has the largest market share with our suppliers and the largest wallet share with our customers.

Vendor Management- Relationship/Strategic Planning
Key Customers Relationship - Development and sustain customer buying plan and buying proficiency with the business.
Internal Sales team proficiencies - Develop and implement sales training.
Marketing excellence in partner base - Develop and implement sales programs and marketing strategy.
Operations excellence in supply chain - Ensure success in supplier to customer supply chain.
> 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
>3 to 5 years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Minimum Diploma is required.
Experienced in Distribution business either in channel management, product marketing management or related experience in a similar capacity in high volume, fast-paced sales and marketing function.

Ability in leading a team of like minded professionals to address high pace, high volume sales and marketing business
Ability to plan, strategize and assign appropriate work load to team members
Knowledge in IT channel business, supply chain and government tendering process
Ability to publicly speak
Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written), listen, listen and problem solve with the market players.
Ability to gather and analyze information and apply sound judgement in arriving at appropriate conclusions and determining resolutions priorities.
