AI Strategy and Operations Generalist

Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 / year

• …act as a cross-functional detective, hunting down inefficiencies and solving them with the world’s most advanced no-code tools?
• …bridge the gap between visionary strategy and rapid execution in a high-growth, high-stakes marketplace?

• Audit & Automate: Conduct deep-dive AI audits across teams to identify pain points and map out high-impact candidates for automation.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build and deploy sophisticated workflows using ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, and Airtable to solve complex problems without writing a single line of code.
• System Design: Create and iterate on internal playbooks and systems that improve accuracy, save time, and drive scalable adoption across the organization.
• Evangelize Innovation: Serve as the internal champion for smart, ethical AI use, training teams to embrace new tech and a "builder" mindset.

• Strategic Foundation: A background in BizOps, Product Ops, or systems consulting with a proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• No-Code Fluency: Deep comfort with modern productivity stacks and a "self-directed" curiosity to master emerging AI tools like Claude and Perplexity.
• Process Excellence: A relentless focus on organized systems thinking and the ability to communicate clear, technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Innovation Grit: A passion for trying new things at a rapid pace and the resilience to iterate until a solution is perfect.

• In-Office Presence: This is an onsite position based in Los Angeles, requiring high-energy, face-to-face collaboration with our various teams.
• Digital Dexterity: High proficiency in navigating complex software interfaces and managing multiple digital workstreams simultaneously.
• Agile Engagement: Ability to move quickly between different departments and physical workspaces to conduct onsite audits and training.
