The NETZSCH Innovation Talent Program (ITP) focusses on developing this mission-critical competencies.

As this position is part of the ITP, you will complete an 18-month international rotation program across different business units and locations. During this time, you will work on innovation and business projects while building the skills needed for your future role. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a permanent position within NETZSCH.

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with clear business impact
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI applications
• Prepare, structure, and analyze data for reliable model development
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, processes, and products
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, tools, and platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to implement solutions
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI applications
• Scale successful AI use cases across business units and regions

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in developing and deploying AI / machine learning models
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of data analysis, model development, and evaluation methods
• Experience with integrating AI solutions into business or industrial environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Very good English skills; Chinese is an advantage

We are looking for an AI Specialist to develop and implement AI solutions that improve products, processes, and business performance in the Chinese market. You will identify high-impact use cases, apply machine learning and data-driven approaches, and integrate AI into existing systems and workflows. Working closely with business, engineering, and IT teams, you will drive efficiency, enable innovation, and build future AI capabilities.
