Team Leader
AI is transforming the way engineering work gets done. We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who will help turn this potential into real business value by bringing AI solutions directly into engineering projects, workflows, and daily operations.
What you will do
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered engineering tools across real customer and internal projects.
- Identify engineering challenges and design practical AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Create, configure, and deploy AI agents that support engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineering specialists, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into everyday work.
- Work closely with the AI Core Team to evaluate emerging technologies, pilot new capabilities, and scale successful solutions.
- Support internal teams and external partners in implementing AI-driven workflows and best practices.
- Gather feedback from users, measure business impact, and continuously improve AI solutions.

What we're looking for
- Strong engineering background with the ability to understand complex industrial processes, project workflows, and customer requirements.
- Passion for AI technologies and hands-on experience with AI tools, copilots, agents, or workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to translate business and engineering challenges into practical AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering teams, business stakeholders, and AI experts.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving field.
