AI Solutions Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in software development within the .Net ecosystem and hands-on experience with various architectural patterns to drive our AI assisted development.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our AI transformation and designing, developing, and maintaining high quality and scalable automation workflows and applications to support and enhance our various operational domains. You will be a part of a cross-location development organization and work closely together architects, developers and business stakeholders in various domains in an event driven and distributed system landscape.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead the AI transformation to automate and improve the development lifecycle and boost engineering productivity
• Ensure quality through reviews, mentorship, and the establishment of coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver innovative solutions
• Enable pragmatic adaptation of AI assisted engineering capabilities

What you bring along:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience in software development and programming in the .NET eco system
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and work collaboratively in a  team
• Strong understanding of software architecture, maintainability, and engineering quality
• Strong understanding of software delivery processes and engineering workflows
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with YAML deployment pipelines, CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with frontend development in Blazor, Typescript and/or React
• Experience with micro services in containerized environments and message driven architecture
• AI Tooling experience with claude code, MCP, RAG and Foundry
