Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

Full-stack Development (Financial Chatbot & Dashboard)

  • Develop and maintain front-end components for a financial agentic chatbot (Warren) using modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, or Vue) and best-practice UI/UX principles.
  • Implement secure and scalable backend APIs in Node.js/Python (or another relevant language) to power chatbot functionalities and personalized dashboards.
  • Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into the chatbot, ensuring seamless communication with broader platform services and data sources.
  • Build user-facing dashboards that leverage customer data to provide personalized financial insights and trading recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine feature requirements and ensure alignment with the overall platform ecosystem.
    Machine/Deep Learning Initiatives
  • Research, prototype, and develop ML or deep learning solutions relevant to a brokerage trading environment (e.g., market trend analysis, automated portfolio recommendations, fraud detection).
  • Use data engineering techniques to gather and preprocess large datasets from various brokerage/trading data sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Train, evaluate, and deploy predictive models that enhance trading strategies, risk management, or user experience.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and platform engineers to integrate ML models into the existing infrastructure while ensuring performance and reliability.

Automation & Testing

  • Implement automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks to ensure the stability and reliability of both front-end and back-end applications.
  • Maintain and schedule periodic tasks (e.g., data ingestion, system health checks) using task schedulers or orchestrators, ensuring efficient and fault-tolerant operations.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve system performance, reduce manual tasks, and streamline development workflows via automation.

Integration & Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, UX, data science, infrastructure) to gather requirements, plan sprints, and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Participate in architecture reviews to ensure that chatbot and ML solutions scale and adhere to industry best practices for security and performance.
  • Provide clear and consistent project updates, documentation, and technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the refinement of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices within the organization.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in full-stack development, machine learning, and automation tooling.
  • Proactively recommend new technologies, frameworks, or processes that could enhance the company’s trading platform and user experiences.
  • Experiment with new LLM capabilities or libraries that can further improve chatbot functionality, personalization, or platform integration.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentorship activities to foster team growth and collaborative learning.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Have 2-3 years of working experience related to AI would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as OpenAI Playground, Cursor AI, RightClick, and Bolt.
  • Passionate about automation and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
