Analogic is looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Developer who is excited to turn real business challenges into impactful, AI-powered solutions. In this role, you’ll design and deliver applications that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and unlock new ways of working across the organization.

You’ll collaborate closely with business and IT teams to identify high-value opportunities—from bids and proposals to contract and knowledge management—and transform them into scalable, secure AI solutions. If you enjoy building, experimenting, and delivering real-world AI applications (not just talking about them), this role is for you.

This is an execution-focused position where you’ll work with modern AI platforms, proven architectures, and clearly defined requirements to create reliable, enterprise-ready solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and configure AI-powered solutions using established platforms, tools, and architectures
• Develop AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations that solve real business problems
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and data sources (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem, SAP, document repositories)
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to bring use cases from concept to production
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of AI solutions
• Continuously improve solution performance, reliability, and user adoption
• Document solutions and help drive user enablement across the organization
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements or issues
• Ensure all solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in software development, automation, or systems implementation
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with AI, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Solid understanding of generative AI concepts (LLMs, retrieval-based systems, AI agents)
• Experience building solutions from defined requirements and delivering to production
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and support skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or document management tools
• Experience working in security- and compliance-focused environments
• Background supporting internal business applications or automation initiatives
