About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on AI Architect to design, build, and deploy AI-driven and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the organization. This role focuses on developing AI agents, LLM-based workflows, automation pipelines, and system integrations with internal platforms such as Prisma, Knowme, WBS, Accounting & General Affairs, and HR systems.


As part of our digital transformation journey, the AI Architect will play a key role in rapidly prototyping and implementing production-ready solutions that support business operations and innovation initiatives.


What will you do:

1. AI Solution Development
  • Design and develop AI agents to support various business functions, including:
    • Employment Background Screening (EBS)
    • Due Diligence
    • Whistleblowing Systems
    • Sales
    • Quality Assurance (QA)
    • General Affairs (GA)
    • Human Resources (HR)
  • Build end-to-end AI workflows covering:
    • Data intake (documents, CVs, emails, forms)
    • Processing (LLM prompting, classification, extraction)
    • Outputs (structured reports, summaries, scoring)
  • Develop reusable prompt frameworks and agent logic
  • Ensure AI outputs are robust, consistent, explainable, and reliable
  • Deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions
2. Automation &b Process Optimization
  • Identify manual and repetitive processes suitable for automation across departments
  • Design workflow automation pipelines and orchestration processes
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce processing time for:
    • Data entry
    • Report drafting
    • Quality assurance checks
    • Communication workflows
  • Standardize automated business processes across the organization
3. System Integration
  • Integrate AI solutions with internal systems such as Prisma, Knowme, WBS, HR, and Accounting platforms
  • Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks, and data flows between systems
  • Ensure interoperability across platforms and services
  • Support centralized, scalable, and maintainable system architecture
4. Solution Reliability & Security
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with:
    • Data protection and PII handling requirements
    • Internal policies and security standards, including ISO 27001
  • Implement validation mechanisms such as:
    • Human-in-the-loop controls
    • Output verification processes
  • Contribute to AI governance, policies, and best practices
  • Maintain logging, backup, and operational continuity standards
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical recommendations and architecture guidance
  • Maintain technical documentation and implementation standards
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Sales teams to:
    • Understand workflows
    • Validate solution outputs
    • Continuously improve deployed solutions

Who wee need:

Experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in software development, system integration, automation, or solution architecture
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-driven or automation solutions in production environments
  • Experience integrating systems through APIs, databases, and third-party services
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in AI, cloud computing, automation, or system architecture are a plus
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of:
    • AI technologies
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • AI agents
    • Prompt engineering concepts
  • Proficiency in Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • REST APIs
    • Webhooks
    • System interoperability
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production systems
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, access control, and secure system design
Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and solution specifications in English
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
