We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents and solutions. This role combines technical depth with strategic consulting, enabling you to transform complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI architectures.
Strategic Advisory Partner with enterprise leaders to define AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.
Agent Development Lifecycle Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization of AI agents.
Workflow & Architecture Design Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specifications.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Production Iteration Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.
Innovation Opportunities Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering teams.
7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
English level: C1 Advanced
Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration
Strong consulting background with ability to advise executives and manage complex projects.
Track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.
AI Tooling Proficiency Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience deploying multi-agent workflows in production.
Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and monitoring tools
Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Telecom
Consulting or advisory experience in enterprise technology strategy.
Preferred working hours aligned with EST–PT US time zones
