For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as an AI Solutions Architect
  • Strong foundation in software architecture or backend systems, with the ability to make sound technical decisions across the full solution lifecycle.
  • Hands on with RAG
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures tailored to client needs.
  • Skilled at identifying high-value opportunities for AI adoption within client operations and articulating a clear path from problem to solution.
  • Comfortable leading technical workstreams and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ML practitioners, and software developers.
  • Confident communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including participation in commercial proposals and executive conversations.
  • Pragmatic and curious problem-solver who balances architectural rigor with a bias toward practical, production-ready outcomes.
  • Fluency in English (B2)
  • Availability for Remote model (based in Portugal)
