to anchor several strategic Generative AI initiatives. This role guides architecture, delivery, and quality across conversational AI, document intelligence, RAG-based enterprise search, and natural language data interfaces. The position requires strong hands-on GenAI experience, architectural leadership, and the ability to align engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the design and delivery of multiple Generative AI use cases
• 
  Define end-to-end architecture for RAG systems (embeddings, chunking, retrieval, orchestration)
• 
  Guide cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and backend teams
• 
  Shape guardrails, evaluation logic, metrics, and enterprise AI controls
• 
  Provide architectural leadership for voice assistants (TTS/STT + LLM reasoning), document intelligence, and NL-to-SQL assistants
• 
  Collaborate with business stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and delivery expectations
• 
  Support onsite workshops and architectural reviews when required
• 
  Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, compliance, security, and maintainability

  Familiarity with
  LLM orchestration frameworks
  and enterprise AI governance

  Exposure to
  TTS/STT technologies
  for conversational assistants

  Experience with
  natural language interfaces
  and conversational analytics
