About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead AI adoption and design production-ready AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines solution architecture, AI platform design, pre-sales consulting, and delivery enablement.

You will work closely with clients, pre-sales, engineering, data, product, and leadership teams to turn business problems into secure, scalable, and measurable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Consulting & Pre-sales

• 
  Partner with pre-sales and account teams to shape AI opportunities in proposals, workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.

• 
  Analyze client business challenges and translate them into feasible AI solution options.

• 
  Define solution scope, architecture approach, estimates, risks, and implementation roadmap.

• 
  Present architecture and technical recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

2) AI Solution Architecture

• 
  Design end-to-end architectures for AI-enabled applications and enterprise systems.

• 
  Define integration patterns between AI components and existing enterprise platforms.

• 
  Ensure non-functional requirements are addressed: security, scalability, reliability, observability, and cost.

• 
  Produce architecture artifacts (HLD/LLD, standards, templates, and reference patterns).

3) AI Platform & Engineering Enablement

• 
  Design and guide implementation of AI platform capabilities, including LLM apps, RAG pipelines, AI agents, model routing, and monitoring.

• 
  Standardize AI engineering practices: prompt patterns, evaluation approach, guardrails, and quality gates.

• 
  Mentor engineering teams and support project teams in adopting AI-native development workflows.

• 
  Lead PoCs / R&D AI project and convert successful prototypes into production-ready implementations.

4) Cloud, Data & Integration

• 
  Architect cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• 
  Collaborate with data teams on data platform integration, vector search, and governance requirements.

• 
  Define scalable patterns for API, microservices, and event-driven AI workloads.

• 
  Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code for AI services.

5) Technical Consultant

• 
  Establish practical governance standards for enterprise AI delivery.

• 
  Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements.

• 
  Define risk controls for LLM/GenAI systems (hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage).

• 
  Work with security and compliance stakeholders to operationalize responsible AI.

• 
  Propose and review technical solutions for development team

• 
  Code review and mentor team member to do code review when needed

Requirements

Experience

• 
  7+ years in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture / Platform Architecture.
• 
  2+ years with AI/ML or Generative AI solution delivery.
• 
  Experience working in cross-functional and client-facing environments (outsourcing/consulting is a plus).

Technical Skills

• 
  Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt design, and AI evaluation/monitoring.
• 
  Hands-on experience with at least one AI framework/toolset (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent).
• 
  Solid cloud architecture knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus Kubernetes, API design, microservices, CI/CD, and IaC.
• 
  Good understanding of data architecture, vector databases, streaming, and enterprise integration patterns.

Communication & Leadership

• 
  Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• 
  Ability to explain complex AI concepts to business users in clear language.
• 
  Strong problem-solving mindset with balance between innovation and delivery constraints.
• 
  Professional English communication for client collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience building enterprise AI platforms or internal AI accelerators.
• 
  Experience with architecture governance and technology standards in large organizations.
• 
  Experience leading AI transformation programs across multiple teams.
