Your Role
As an AISoftware Engineer(Full stack, Frontend, Backend),you design, develop, and integrate AI‑enabledand GenerativeAI‑poweredsolutionsinto modern applications.
You workhands‑onacross the full stack while applying AI technologies to enhance user experiences, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.
Depending on your experience, you may also lead small development teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution design and technicaldecision‑making
You collaborate closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other engineers as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Design, develop, andmaintainscalable, securefull‑stackapplications
Integrate Generative AI capabilitiesinto applications and development workflows
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agentsto support automation and improved user interaction
ImplementAI‑drivenfeatures using modern frameworks, APIs, and services
Collaborate with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliverhigh‑qualitysoftware
Participate across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and support
Write clean, maintainable, andwell‑testedcode aligned with best practices
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement
YourProfile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of professional experiencein software or full‑stackdevelopment
Hands‑onexperience using AI and Generative AI toolsin application development
Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents orAI‑poweredfeatures
Strong experience withfront‑endframeworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Solid backend/API development experience with Python, .NET Core, Node.js
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases(e.g.SQL Server, Cosmos DB)
Understanding of containers and container orchestration
Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices
Strongproblem‑solvingskills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Fluency in German and English are a mandatory requirement

We place great importance on performance-based and competitive remuneration and, depending on your experience and qualifications, offer you an attractive compensation package that is significantly above the IT collective agreement (IT‑KV) minimum salary.(The current IT collective agreement minimum salary (2024) in Austria ranges from €43,078 to €71,848 on a full-time basis, depending on the classification.)
