What you'll do:

Secure AI Solutions

• Design, build, and maintain secure AI-powered tools, agents, and services for internal teams and business use cases.
• Work with large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, and agentic workflows.
• Turn research ideas and prototypes into practical solutions that solve real engineering and business problems.

Production AI Engineering

• Develop Python-based AI services and integrations with company systems such as Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, internal APIs, repositories, and data platforms.
• Deploy, monitor, and improve AI applications in production or production-like environments.
• Focus on reliability, security, cost efficiency, maintainability, and responsible use of AI.

Research, Innovation & Impact

• Explore the newest AI technologies and experiment with modern approaches before they become standard practice.
• Research how AI can improve software engineering, automation, documentation, testing, and developer productivity.
• Share learnings, document solutions, and help create impact inside the company, in the global developer community, and at international conferences.

Our ideal colleague is/has:

• At least 1 year of practical Python development experience, including working with APIs, scripts or notebooks, automation and data-processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation and building agents or agentic workflows.
• Experience using coding agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) with an understanding of safe review practices, testing and context management.
• Familiar with software engineering best practices such as Git, code reviews, clean code, documentation and debugging.
• Basic knowledge of common LLM application libraries and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs, vector databases.
• Basic familiarity with machine learning or data science libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Aware of security, privacy, and responsible use of AI.
• Active English at B2 level or higher.
• Motivated, proactive, enjoy reasearching and sharing knowledge with the team.

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2500 EUR/m. (brutto)

• The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
