Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end Agentic AI solutions - develop, refine, and implement advanced AI models and ensure the success delivery of Falcon project - https://statestreet.sharepoint.com/sites/falcon
• Work on the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business process.
• Utilize Python and other data manipulation languages to prepare and manipulate data.
• Understand the business requirements and translate into Agentic AI solution design that successfully meets the business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, presenting findings to a non-technical audience and providing strategic recommendations.
• Stay current with technical and industry developments and standards to ensure effective and advance applications of data analysis techniques and methodologies, and of knowledge graph techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, with a focus on leveraging Code Copilot to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and boost productivity.
• Knowledge or experience in designing and developing agentic systems, including LLM fine-tuning, context engineering, knowledge graph construction, and building highly scalable and resilient services etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with structured and unstructured data systems such as AWS S3, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills; highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:

• Document Intelligence working experience
• Proven software engineering experience in building cloud-native applications.
• Proven hands-on experience of Agentic AI / Generative AI solution design and implementation.
• Full-stack experiences are preferred.
