💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Senior Solution Manager and BTP Architect to join Bosch! In this role, you will lead the architectural vision and development of our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) strategy, with a strong emphasis on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (Gen AI). You will drive innovation and ensure our SAP solutions are cloud-native, event-driven, and AI-augmented, delivering significant business value.

As an AI Senior Solution Manager and BTP Architect, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Define and lead the architecture & development of SAP BTP strategy leveraging SAP BTP, with a strong focus on AI/ML and Gen AI integration to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.
• Serve as a Solution lead for Business Applications, providing architectural guidance and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of cloud-native, event-driven, and AI-augmented SAP solutions across business domains to improve efficiency and agility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business objectives, innovation initiatives, and strategic business goals.
• Drive the adoption of BTP AI Core and Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) within Bosch landscapes to unlock new AI capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and data scientists across global organizations, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance, security, compliance, and performance standards to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
• Utilize hands-on BTP experience to design and build BTP and AI applications, with expertise in SAP process chains.

Qualifications

👤 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Knowledge on functional side of SAP Process Chain.
• Proven ability to define and govern enterprise-wide architecture strategies aligned with business transformation goals.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments, hybrid deployments, and SAP extensibility models.
• Extensive experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) including AI Core, SAP Integration Suite and SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Event Mesh.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model, and event-driven design.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) into SAP applications.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, AI lifecycle management, and embedding AI into business workflows.
• 8–12 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analyst roles
• 8–12 years of experience in Digital / AI / analytics initiatives
• Data & AI Strategy Leadership - Proven experience in shaping and delivering data and AI strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Value Measurement Expertise - Strong background in benefit tracking, ROI modelling and embedding value frameworks into transformation programmes.
• Industry Experience – Trading, Automotive or aftermarket industry preferred
• Agile Delivery Leadership - Proven track record of applying Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex data and AI solutions at scale.
• Growth mindset and curiosity - Always learning, experimenting and pushing boundaries.
• Excellent Communication & Collaboration - Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
• Passionate about driving change through data and AI.
• T-Shaped Expertise - Deep specialisation in data and AI value strategy combined with broad consulting experience across adjacent areas such as data strategy, AI operating models, change management and transformation delivery. This enables you to contribute effectively beyond valuation and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
