Join Xerox Digital Sales as an AI Sales Strategy Lead, owning and scaling our AI-driven selling motion (Alex) and future agents. This is a quota-bearing role responsible for driving measurable revenue through AI-enabled selling and expanding AI into prospecting, discovery, and fulfillment.
You will own both AI self-serve revenue and AI-influenced revenue, while leading the strategy, execution, and optimization required to scale the AI sales engine.
In addition, this role will act as the voice of the sales organization for Aurasell—representing the rep population, optimizing how sales teams leverage Aurasell capabilities, and identifying opportunities for enhancements that improve productivity, efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
Role Scope
•Own AI channel performance across assigned segment
•Align and drive execution across ~10 sales reps
•Represent Xerox Digital Sales as the business owner for Aurasell (data, prioritization, targeting, and integration)
•Partner with AI/technology teams and 11x program
Key Responsibilities
1) Revenue Ownership & Quota Attainment
•Own and achieve AI channel quota (self-serve + AI-influenced)
•Drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue through AI programs
•Track, report, and communicate AI contribution and ROI
•Continuously optimize to improve attainment and growth
2) AI Strategy & Sales Process Design
•Define end-to-end AI selling motion (lead → prospecting → discovery → close → fulfillment)
•Determine who Alex contacts, when, and how
•Build and refine talk tracks, scripts, and objection handling
•Translate sales plays into scalable AI programs and campaigns
•Expand scope to AI-driven prospecting, discovery call booking, and deeper sales ownership
3) Testing, QA & Continuous Optimization
•Monitor performance (engagement, conversion, win rates)
•Conduct call reviews, regression testing, and output validation
•Iterate scripts, workflows, and targeting based on results
•Establish feedback loops from calls and outcomes
4) Cross-Functional Leadership & Aurasell Ownership
•Primary business owner for Aurasell: represent requirements, prioritize data rules, and ensure alignment (enrichment, prioritization, targeting)
•Partner with Marketing, Legal, Service, and regional teams to ensure execution
•Coordinate integrations (e.g., Aurasell, ServiceNow) and manage dependencies
•Ensure consistent follow-through across aligned reps
5) Governance, Program Leadership & Communication
•Own AI sales roadmap, scope, and execution priorities
•Drive decisions, escalation management, and guardrails for customer experience
•Produce executive updates, dashboards, and business cases
•Define and evolve operating model for AI sellers and supporting teams
Qualifications:
•5+ years in sales, sales strategy, revenue operations, or program leadership
•Proven quota ownership and revenue delivery
•Experience designing and optimizing end-to-end sales processes
•Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into action
•Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
•Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
•Experience with AI/automation/digital sales tools is an asset
