In this role, you’ll focus on winning new clients and expanding our footprint in key industries. At the same time, you’ll manage and grow existing accounts (approx. 50% baseline business), ensuring long-term success and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, FSI, Public, Logistic, Automotive and Pharma.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand client challenges and position AI solutions that truly make a difference
• Manage and grow baseline business (approx. 50%) through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development
• Work hand-in-hand with consulting, marketing and tech teams to create winning proposals and presentations.
• Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
• Hit your sales targets and celebrate your wins with a team that’s got your back.
• Stay sharp on market trends, emerging tech and what the competition is up to.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, pipeline status and forecasting

Qualifications

• ~ 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on IT services or SaaS, ideally with experience to AI-related solutions
• Proven success in new business development and account management.
• Proven track record of prospecting and building robust pipelines
• Ability to pitch value propositions into new market verticals, backing RPFs/POEs with data to maximize margin uplift for prospective clients.
• Solid understanding of digital transformation and intelligent automation
• Experience with platforms like Microsoft, UiPath, Parloa or Celonis is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills at C-Level.
• Self-starter with ambition, a winning mindset, and a passion for growth.
• Confident visionary with experience motivating others around Automation and Agentic AI wherever they set foot.
• Sales expertise and coaching a hunter with business acumen within a consultative approach, willing to mentor and train other team members.
• Fluent in German & English
