What You Will Do

• Design and implement machine learning models for document OCR and related workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Optimize and maintain scalable applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Conduct research to advance the state of the art in computer vision and machine learning.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine algorithms and improve accuracy.
• Lead experiments to validate model performance and iterate on findings.
• Document processes and results to contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–7 years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, or applied research.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch for model development.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Experience with AI applications in enterprise settings.

Compensation and Benefits
