What You Will Do
- Design and implement machine learning models for document OCR and related workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize and maintain scalable applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Conduct research to advance the state of the art in computer vision and machine learning.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine algorithms and improve accuracy.
- Lead experiments to validate model performance and iterate on findings.
- Document processes and results to contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–7 years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, or applied research.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch for model development.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience with AI applications in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and techniques.
- Background in research publications or contributions to open-source projects.

Compensation and Benefits
