As an AI QE Engineer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, focusing on developing groundbreaking software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. Responsibilities

• Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality
• Managing and reviewing code to maintain coding standards and validate software reliability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implementing application frameworks and lifecycle management practices to streamline development processes
• Engaging in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software issues efficiently
• Leveraging programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to build scalable applications
• Applying object-oriented design principles to create robust software architectures
• Conducting quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and performance
• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver tailored solutions
• Navigating complex situations and embracing change to foster personal and professional growth

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing, Prompt Engineering for QE

-Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server.

-TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
• Developing applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Managing API integrations and microservices architecture
• Excelling in client management and business requirements analysis
