As an AI QE Engineer, you will support the design, development, and testing of software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice. As an Associate, you will learn from experienced teams, adapt to changing client needs, and build confidence by contributing to testing activities, issue analysis, and quality-focused delivery. In this role at PwC, you will help translate business needs into test cases, validate application behavior, and contribute to the delivery of software that supports digital transformation and better user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing automated test scripts for AI-enabled software features and applications
• Creating test cases, test protocols, and defect reports to validate functionality, usability, and performance
• Performing functional, integration, compatibility, and user acceptance testing across client solutions
• Applying Selenium and digital tooling to expand test coverage and streamline regression testing
• Reviewing application behavior, logging results, and documenting issues for technical teams to address
• Supporting quality engineering activities across the software development lifecycle for custom application builds
• Analyzing test results and identifying patterns that inform remediation and process improvement
• Contributing to release readiness activities and post go-live support for client implementations

As an AI QE Engineer you will lead the design and delivery of testing approaches for software products and AI-enabled solutions, with focus on quality engineering, automation, and validation across the development lifecycle. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior professionals, manage client workstreams, and take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery while applying sound judgment and business awareness. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Software and Product Innovation practice and help shape digital solutions, improve testing methods, and drive dependable outcomes across client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading AI quality engineering workstreams across client engagements and guiding teams through planning, execution, and delivery
• Managing test strategy design for functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing across software solutions
• Applying AI fluency and quality engineering methods to validate model behavior, testing scope, and release readiness
• Overseeing Selenium based automation, test case generation, defect reporting, and quality metrics to support efficient delivery
• Coaching team members on quality assurance process design, testing methods, and release management practices
• Collaborating with client and technology stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, assess risks, and address testing issues
• Reviewing delivery artifacts for completeness, traceability, and alignment with technical standards and client objectives
• Identifying opportunities to improve testing processes, strengthen software reliability, and advance AI enabled delivery approaches

What You Must Have

• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
