We are looking for a AI QA Engineer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Technology department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What makes you special?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on testing processes for AI and large language model integrated applications.
• You are proficient in LLM evaluation tools and metrics used to assess the outputs, accuracy, and contextual consistency of large language models.
• You are skilled in designing test scenarios that are creative and comprehensive to handle the non-deterministic nature of AI models.
• You are knowledgeable in identifying AI security and risk factors such as prompt injection, hallucinations, data leakage, and bias.
• You are experienced in API and data validation testing to verify the accuracy of RAG architectures and autonomous AI agents.
• You have proficiency in performance and load testing tools to measure the response and latency times of AI models.
• You are open to adopting a technology-agnostic approach, selecting the most suitable testing tool for the problem rather than being tied to a single stack.
• You are deeply curious and willing to leverage the power of AI in development and testing workflows.

What will you do?

• Design and execute end-to-end quality assurance strategies, test plans, and test cases for applications equipped with AI capabilities.
• Develop and maintain custom automation testing systems to continuously evaluate large language model responses, prompt structures, and model performance.
• Systematically verify the accuracy, reliability, and quality of results generated by RAG systems and autonomous AI agents.
• Conduct prompt injection and vulnerability testing to protect data privacy and verify AI output guardrails.
• Monitor and report the response times, error rates, and token efficiency of AI features, contributing to performance optimization processes.
• Work closely with AI software engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to identify root causes of bugs, debug, and ensure quick resolutions.
• Establish regression test suites and benchmark standards to ensure new model versions and prompt updates do not break existing systems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and innovations in the rapidly evolving landscape of Generative AI and software quality assurance, applying them to projects.
