K.I.N.D is an AI-first content production agency within the Orendt Studios group, creating fashion imagery for multiple brands. We produce scalable, high-quality content that meets the visual standards of leading fashion and retail clients.

Are you a Producer or Project Manager from fashion, e-commerce, or content production?

You keep production running. You know what's happening on every project, who needs what, and what's about to become a problem before it does. You're the link between the client-facing side and the production team — making sure briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a creative role. It's an operational one. And it matters just as much.

DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR MISSION

• Own the day-to-day coordination between Key Account and production team
• Break down projects into clear tasks and make sure they get done
• Track production progress, flag delays early, and keep everyone aligned
• Ensure briefs are complete before they hit the production team
• Manage feedback rounds and approvals between clients and producers
• Keep an overview across multiple clients and formats running in parallel

DEIN PROFIL / YOUR PROFILE

• Background in production coordination, project management, or studio operations — ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or content
• You're organized, direct, and calm under pressure
• You know how to move things forward without being pushy
• Strong communicator — you can talk to a client and a producer in the same day and adapt accordingly
• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and shifting priorities
• Ability to work on-site in Hamburg at least three days per week
