
As the AI Project Manager Content - Pattern Recognition, you serve as the primary point of contact for all content-related initiatives connected to audio pattern recognition within the MyGroove App.
You are responsible for overseeing data operations, testing, and the continuous improvement of our pattern recognition systems, ensuring that AI-driven content remains accurate, relevant, and musically meaningful. In this role, you act as a key interface between the musician community, product and marketing teams, AI pattern recognition specialists, and external partners, contributing to a high-quality, scalable content ecosystem and a seamless learning experience for users worldwide.
AI & Pattern Recognition Development
You lead the design and continuous improvement of audio recognition and pattern-matching systems, ensuring they meet high musical, technical, and educational standards. This includes shaping system behavior across instruments and use cases in close alignment with product goals.
Data, Testing & Quality Assurance
You oversee the full lifecycle of data and model operations, including data selection, annotation, and quality control for training and testing datasets. In addition, you coordinate structured testing workflows, identify and prioritize bugs, and ensure the reliability and consistency of AI models across features and instruments.
Localization & Content Quality
You drive the AI-supported translation and localization of app content into multiple languages, working with external translation partners and internal stakeholders. You ensure that all localized content meets defined linguistic, cultural, and quality standards while remaining musically accurate and user-friendly.
Cross-Functional Project Management
You manage communication, alignment, and task coordination across internal teams such as product, AI, content, and marketing, as well as with external partners. By maintaining clear priorities and timelines, you ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high level of quality.
User Experience & Feedback Systems
You contribute to the development of user-centric features by refining scoring, feedback, and interaction systems. Your focus is on improving engagement, clarity, and motivation, creating a more intuitive and rewarding learning experience for MyGroove users.
3+ years of project management experience in technology- or AI-driven environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
Proven hands-on expertise in data operations, workflow testing, QA, and quality control within AI systems
Solid understanding of audio, music-related data, or pattern recognition; practical experience with a musical instrument or singing, along with foundational music notation knowledge
Demonstrated ownership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills; fluent in English and native-level German
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.509 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
