AI Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate artificial intelligence initiatives within the group. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AI-related projects aiming at innovation, optimization, and superior content and media experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects, including planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with AI specialists, data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Drive adoption of AI technologies across the Group.
  • Oversee risk management, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets for AI initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Define KPIs, measure project outcomes and implement improvements for continuous success in AI integration.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases, creating a mid and long term plan
  • Identify and select external partners and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or related domains.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with data scientists, engineers, and business teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Proficient in both English and Greek
