At Almirall, we're looking for an AI Project Management Intern to join our Global Commercial & Marketing Office in Barcelona.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, supporting a growing portfolio of AI initiatives that are shaping the future of Commercial and Marketing excellence. As part of the team, you'll gain visibility across multiple AI projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives that create tangible business impact.

What You'll Do:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-driven projects across the Commercial organization.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful implementation.

• Work closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders to track progress, identify challenges, and drive alignment.

• Act as a central point of coordination across AI initiatives, helping teams stay connected and informed.

• Identify synergies and collaboration opportunities between projects to maximize impact and efficiency.

• Support portfolio prioritization activities and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with functions including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, IT, Data & Analytics, and Compliance.

• Help translate business needs into actionable project plans and requirements.

• Support budget tracking, reporting, and governance activities.

• Prepare project dashboards, presentations, and updates for leadership reviews.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and AI adoption initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about AI and its business applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail combined with a strategic and business-oriented perspective.

• Advanced English communication skills.
