🔍 Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the company’s AI program strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals;

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment across multiple business units;

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and platforms;

• Identify high-impact use cases for AI across payments, banking infrastructure, and operational processes;

• Establish governance frameworks for AI development, including compliance, risk, and ethical standards;

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business value;

• Oversee vendor selection and partnerships related to AI tools, platforms, and services;

• Build and scale internal AI capabilities, including team structure, processes, and best practices;

• Track performance of AI initiatives using KPIs and continuously optimize outcomes;

• Act as a thought leader internally, promoting AI adoption and educating teams on opportunities and limitations.

🎓 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, product leadership, or transformation roles within FinTech, banking, or technology sectors;

• Proven experience leading AI/ML or data-driven initiatives in complex, regulated environments;

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in business contexts;

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders;

• Solid knowledge of payments, banking infrastructure, or financial services ecosystems;

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa;

• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and large-scale program execution;

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interaction.
