As an AI Productivity & Adoption Lead - Manager, you will spearhead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance for our clients. You will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage your team to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in challenging conversations with clients and stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
• Managing and mentoring teams to enhance their skills in software engineering and product innovation
• Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences and improve business performance
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to develop and maintain software applications
• Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across systems
• Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software development
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
• Encouraging the adoption of agile methodologies and embracing change to enhance team productivity
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and team members to resolve issues

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Developing solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript programming languages
• Managing API Management and Microservices for seamless integration
• Excelling in coaching and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance
• Embracing technology and innovation to drive strategic business outcomes
• Analyzing complex systems to identify opportunities for improvement
• Must have expertise in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Scout, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Azure, AI Search
