About The Role

This is a senior leadership position where you work alongside the Group CMO, the Content Head, and the Youtube strategy lead to build a world-class, AI-first content factory. You are the architect of our production engine. Your job is to take high-level concepts and turn them into finished products that set a new standard for the industry. You lead a diverse team of creators, editors, and designers with an AI-first mindset and lead our relationships with global creative agencies. You are a workflow builder who is obsessed with finding faster and better ways to produce content without ever letting the quality slip.

Focus Area 1: Strategic Leadership

You are the conductor of the factory. You don't just execute, you lead the way.

• You work directly with the Group CMO and Content Head to make sure our production output matches the big-picture brand goals.
• You lead the internal team of creators, editors, designers, DOPs, and Video Specialists.
• You are responsible for their daily output and making sure they are operating at peak performance.
• You manage the production roadmap. You decide how we use our resources and you make the final call on what we build in-house versus what we send to outside partners.

Focus Area 2: World-Class Agency Management

You are our main link to the best creative minds in the world.

• You will manage relationships and output with top-tier agencies like Ogilvy, Dentsu, or specialized production houses.
• You make sure these external partners are integrated into our AI-first ways of working. Their delivery must match our internal speed and technical standards.
• You lead the negotiations and the daily management of these partnerships to ensure we are always getting world-class results.

Focus Area 3: Quality Gatekeeping

You are the final line of defense for our brand.

• You are the ultimate judge of quality. You ensure that every frame, every cut, and every thumbnail meets our high visual and storytelling standards.
• You run the final review process. You have the eye to catch the small errors in sound, editing, or visual consistency that others might miss.
• You balance the speed of AI with human emotion. You make sure the final product feels premium and authentic, never substandard or robotic.

Focus Area 4: AI Systems and Workflow Architecture

You own the "how" of our factory. You build the digital production line.

• Build End-to-End Pipelines: You design the step-by-step systems that move a project from a finished script to a final render. You find ways to connect different AI tools so the work flows seamlessly without manual restarts.
• Deploy AI Agents: You set up and manage AI agents to handle specialized, repetitive tasks. This could be anything from agents that automatically source b-roll to agents that handle audio cleanup or initial color grading.
• Automate for Scale: You are obsessed with removing bottlenecks. You find the parts of production that take the most time and you build an AI-driven solution to automate them.
• Tool Integration: You stay ahead of the curve. You are the one testing new AI video models and automated editing tools, deciding exactly how they should be used by the team to increase our speed.

What We Are Looking For

• AI Fluency: You are a power user of AI. You don't just use it for simple tasks; you understand how to build workflows and chain different AI tools together to solve complex production problems.
• Technical Agility: You are a fast learner who can master new tech by lunch. You understand everything from traditional cinematography to the latest AI video models.
• Senior Management Experience: You have a proven track record of leading large creative teams and managing big-name agencies.
• Attention to Detail: You have an obsessive eye for quality. You don't settle for "good enough" and you push the team to deliver excellence.
• Problem Solving: You are a builder. You don't wait for a plan to be handed to you. You see a bottleneck and you build a prototype to clear it.
• High Ownership: You treat this factory as if it were your own company. You take full responsibility for the output, the deadlines, and the quality.
