How will you contribute to our success?

• Serve as CSL's primary subject matter expert for enterprise AI platforms, tools, and capabilities
• Administer and maintain approved AI platforms and services, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and future AI technologies
• Guide business leaders, project teams, and Business Analysts on AI capabilities, opportunities, limitations, and implementation considerations
• Assess business challenges and determine whether AI, automation, configuration, process improvement, or other technology solutions are most appropriate
• Support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and development of AI use cases

The skills you will bring to our team

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• AI and digital fluency, with the ability to explain emerging technologies and their practical business relevance
• Business analysis mindset to understand operational needs, frame problems, and identify value-driven opportunities
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing options, risks, benefits, and trade-offs
• Clear communication skills to translate technical concepts into practical language for business users
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset regarding evolving AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies

Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
