AI Product Manager - Public 360

Help shape the future of AI in the Nordic public sector

At Public 360, we develop software that helps public-sector organizations improve case handling, records quality, transparency, compliance, and citizen services. Our platform combines deep domain expertise with modern cloud and AI capabilities, serving public organizations across the Nordics.

We're now looking for an AI Product Manager to help drive AI-powered innovation in Public 360.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying meaningful customer problems, turning emerging technologies into real value, and shaping the future of a trusted public-sector platform.

You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and customer value, collaborating closely with development teams, designers, AI specialists, customers, and commercial stakeholders.

Your Role

As AI Product Manager, you will help define how AI creates value both in our products and in the way we work.

You will focus on two key areas:

-AI in the Product

Creating new AI-powered capabilities that solve real customer challenges and improve how public organizations serve employees and citizens.

-AI in the Product Process

Leveraging AI to improve product discovery, decision-making, collaboration, and ways of working.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive definition and implementation for the next steps of AI product vision for Public 360
• Identify meaningful customer problems and translate them into product opportunities
• Own product performance and business outcomes, including product P&L - shaping product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
• Work closely with customers and the market to uncover emerging needs
• Turn insights into clear product concepts, epics, and user stories
• Drive responsible AI adoption while maintaining customer trust and innovation speed
• Strengthen AI capabilities, innovation practices, and product excellence across the organization

• Have experience from the public sector or regulated environments (concrete work experience is not a requirement but interest is)

Language and culture skill:

• Nordic language skills (ideally including Norwegian) are important to achieve the needed customer and work content intimacy
• Fluency in English is a base requirement
• Understanding of Nordic working culture and is a plus for developing good B2B relations
