Job Description

Role Purpose

The Senior AI Product Manager is responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering AI-enabled products and capabilities that create measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, this role owns the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities


Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise AI opportunities aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Define product vision, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Build business cases and value realisation frameworks for AI investments.


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
  • Manage expectations across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership.


Product Delivery

  • Work closely with AI Architects, AI Engineers, vendors, and business teams throughout delivery.
  • Prioritise product backlogs and manage feature development.
  • Ensure solutions are adopted and deliver intended business outcomes.
  • Monitor usage, adoption, performance, and benefits realisation.


Governance & Risk

  • Ensure AI products comply with governance, security, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Support model monitoring, performance reviews, and continuous improvement activities.


Required Experience

  • 8+ years of product management, digital product, technology delivery, data, analytics, or transformation experience.
  • Minimum 3 years delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programmes.
  • Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and value realisation metrics.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external technology partners and vendors.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • Product management certification desirable (Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe Product Manager, or equivalent).
  • AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Cloud certifications desirable.
