Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for SmartTwin.

This role requires a unique combination of product thinking, AI expertise, industrial domain knowledge, enterprise architecture understanding, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will shape SmartTwin into an industry-leading Enterprise Operational Twin Platform capable of supporting AI-driven operational intelligence, simulation, optimization, and autonomous enterprise operations

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and own the long-term product vision for SmartTwin. Develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with: Enterprise Physical AI Operational Intelligence Digital Twins Agentic AI Industrial AI Simulation World Models Translate customer challenges into scalable platform capabilities. Identify new market opportunities across industries. Drive product positioning and messaging. Product Roadmap Own the complete product roadmap. Prioritize capabilities including: Operational Modeling Twin Lifecycle Management AI Simulation Scenario Planning Operational Context Enterprise Knowledge Graph Predictive Intelligence Optimization Engine AI Copilot Multi-Agent Orchestration World Models Balance customer commitments with platform investments. AI Product Management Drive AI-first capabilities including: Predictive AI Generative AI Agentic AI Operational Reasoning Explainable AI AI Governance AI Model Lifecycle AI Evaluation Framework AI Observability Collaborate with AI Engineering teams to operationalize AI capabilities. Industry Solution Development Define SmartTwin industry offerings for: Manufacturing Oil & Gas Utilities Logistics Airports Mining Smart Buildings Life Sciences Develop reusable Industry Intelligence Packs. Drive solution standardization. Customer Engagement Engage with strategic customers. Conduct: Discovery Workshops Product Demonstrations Design Thinking Sessions Executive Presentations Roadmap Reviews Collect customer feedback. Translate insights into product enhancements. They are a strategic AI Product Leader who can bridge industrial operations, enterprise architecture, AI, simulation, and product strategy. They understand how to transform complex operational challenges into reusable platform capabilities and can articulate a vision that positions SmartTwin as an Enterprise Operational Twin Platform, not just another Digital Twin solution
