Role Description

Shape the future of our global Order-to-Cash landscape

Join us in creating a future legacy in medical dermatology.

At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology. We have 118 years’ experience in bringing innovation to healthcare. And we are eager to do much more. Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.

As our new SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Solution Architect, you will play a key role in ensuring that our global Order-to-Cash solutions are stable, scalable, compliant, and ready to support future transformation. You will combine strong SAP expertise with business understanding to create solutions that deliver value across markets, functions, and legal entities.

In ERP Product Supply / Enterprise Applications and Governance, we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability to achieve our goals.

Your role

As SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Solution Architect, you will own and govern the end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash solution area across a multinational pharmaceutical environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, enterprise architects, external partners, vendors, and logistics providers.

Your role will include:

  • Own and govern SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions covering order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and related finance integration.
  • Provide senior-level support for complex incidents, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that solutions are properly designed, tested, documented, and transitioned into support.
  • Lead or support the design of e-invoicing and tax compliance solutions across relevant markets, including integration between SAP, middleware, e-invoicing platforms, and local tax authorities.
  • Support 3PL consolidation initiatives by designing and governing interfaces and processes involving EDI, APIs, IDocs, middleware, deliveries, goods issue, inventory updates, and returns.
  • Contribute to SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA readiness and transformation activities, including fit-gap analysis, simplification assessments, process blueprinting, custom code and interface reviews, and data readiness.

The role offers

  • The opportunity to own a strategically important global SAP solution area in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • A senior position combining hands-on SAP SD expertise, solution architecture, governance, and business advisory responsibilities.
  • The opportunity to influence global process standardization and simplify a complex Order-to-Cash landscape across countries and business units.
  • Exposure to high-impact initiatives involving e-invoicing, tax compliance, 3PL integration, and future S/4HANA transformation.
  • Close collaboration with senior stakeholders across customer service, sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, tax, legal, quality, master data, and enterprise architecture.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • A strong track record in SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing, returns, and credit management.
  • Solid experience with SAP pricing and billing, condition technique, SAP FI integration, accounts receivable, tax, revenue posting, and credit management.
  • Experience designing SAP integrations with 3PL providers and external platforms using EDI, APIs, IDocs, and middleware.
  • Experience with e-invoicing, electronic invoice formats, Peppol, local tax authority integrations, validation, and archiving.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC and understanding of S/4HANA impacts, readiness activities, or migration preparation.
  • Experience in pharma, life sciences, medical devices, or another regulated industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with GxP, GDP, validation, and controlled change processes is an advantage.

LEO Pharma is built on collaboration, innovation, and curiosity. Is this you? Can you bring a structured and delivery-focused approach, communicate complex SAP topics in clear business language, challenge constructively, and build trust with stakeholders across functions and geographies?

Your new team

You will join ERP Product Supply / Enterprise Applications and Governance, working as a key IT solution partner for the global Order-to-Cash organization.

The team collaborates across business functions, countries, and legal entities to ensure reliable daily operations while preparing the organization for future transformation. You will work closely with Order-to-Cash business teams, customer service and sales operations, supply chain and logistics, finance, tax, legal, master data, quality and compliance, enterprise architecture, SAP specialists, external vendors, implementation partners, 3PL providers, and e-invoicing service providers.
