We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our AI product roadmap, encompassing both Analytical and Generative AI capabilities. You will be instrumental in defining and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance our customers' planning, simulation, and predictive analytics experiences. Your expertise will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world business applications, ensuring Board International remains at the forefront of intelligent planning and decision-making.

As a leader within our product team, you will shape the future of AI within our platform, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for translating complex AI concepts into intuitive product features, driving adoption, and demonstrating tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and articulate the strategic vision and roadmap for AI products, integrating both Analytical and Generative AI technologies.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging AI trends and opportunities.
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on customer needs, market potential, and strategic alignment with Board International's overall goals.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate complex AI models and algorithms into actionable product features.
• Partner with UX designers to ensure AI-powered features are intuitive, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated into the Board platform.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with external AI partners and research institutions to explore new technologies and potential collaborations.

Development & Execution

• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI features.
• Oversee the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI features.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI models and algorithms based on user feedback and performance data.

Customer & Market Insights

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate AI product concepts and designs.
• Act as a thought leader in AI, presenting at industry events and publishing content on AI trends and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technology, including large language models, machine learning, and deep learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Deep understanding of both Analytical AI (e.g., predictive modeling, forecasting, machine learning) and Generative AI (e.g., large language models, generative design).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching successful AI products in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong understanding of data science principles and practices, including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
