Job Description

Stampli, a leader in B2B SaaS and fintech innovation, is seeking a Product Manager to help drive the strategy and execution of our AI-enabled products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, data, and business outcomes.

You will own critical initiatives to deliver AI experiences throughout our procure-to-pay platform. You’ll collaborate with teams in the US and Israel, reporting to a Director of Product.

What You Will Do

• Define success metrics: Define and implement KPIs to track progress toward desired outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer in the design, AI research, and development processes, with a deep understanding of users’ mindset, needs, and pain points.
• Deliver AI-enabled experiences to transform how procurement and finance teams work.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure that product improvements realize their full potential and impact.
• Use data to inform decisions: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to transform raw data into insights and high impact decisions.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of product management experience on products for external, non-technical users.
• Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI. Experience with AI-enabled product experiences.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
• Multi-threaded capability – ability to quickly advance multiple streams of work in parallel.
• Trailblazer who can chart a way forward in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working in B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with business accounting/financial management, e.g. working in an accounting team, on financial management products, or relevant coursework.

The base salary range for this position is $150K–160K + Bonus and Equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
