Job Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML and enterprise search solutions.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex AI and LLM capabilities into realistic, actionable product plans.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to guide technical trade-offs.
• Drive user adoption and engagement among field service engineers and technical support specialists.
• Lead product marketing efforts including rebranding, naming, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and build consensus.
• Ensure product compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and enterprise audit requirements.

• 5–7 years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing AI/ML or search-based products.
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, with ability to communicate them to stakeholders.
• Proven success driving user adoption in technical or industrial settings.
• Background in enterprise search, knowledge management, or technical documentation systems.
• Experience with product marketing, rebranding, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise software.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; adept at influencing without authority.
• Familiarity with regulated industries, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance protocols.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
