In July 2023, TrustTech provider Gogolook (stock code: 6902), was listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB). In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition.

為了加速獲客（Acquisition）、提升活躍度（Activation）與留存率（Retention），我們正積極將 AI 技術導入消費者端產品中。加入這個團隊，你將站在 ScamAdviser 全球千萬級流量的肩膀上，參與 B2C 產品的早期探索與成長駭客（Growth Hacking）實驗。你的使命是透過 AI 與快速開發工具，打造能吸引並留住使用者的防詐產品體驗，將影響力直接擴及全球消費者。

你將與 Product Manager、Growth 團隊及跨職能團隊緊密合作，扮演一個 Growth-driven Builder / Experimenter。 從消費者痛點與增長目標出發，你將運用 AI 輔助開發（Vibe coding）與無程式碼工具，快速打造 0→1 的產品 MVP。這不是一個只需要寫研究報告的角色，你必須捲起袖子親自動手，在「提出假設 ➔ 打造 MVP ➔ 投入市場 ➔ 看數據被狠打臉 ➔ 再次迭代」的無盡循環中，協助團隊找到引爆 User Growth 的產品契機。

Responsibilities

• 0 → 1 B2C MVP 建立與快速實作
• 運用 Vibe coding（如 Claude Code、Anti-Gravity、Cursor、GitHub Copilot）與 No-code/Low-code 工具，在短時間內高效率的從零打造直接面向消費者（C-end）的產品 MVP 或 Prototype。
• 將增長點子具體化為：
• Pitch proposal（目標客群痛點、解法、增長假設）。
• User flow 與介面原型設計（著重於降低跳出率與提升轉換率）。
• 實際可上線測試、可讓真實 User 互動的 MVP。
• 專注 User Growth 的市場驗證與迭代
• 配合增長目標，規劃並執行 MVP 的市場驗證（如：A/B Testing、Landing Page 測試、假門測試 Fake Door Test）。
• 擁抱「反覆的市場測試與迭代」：追蹤使用者行為漏斗，根據真實使用者的點擊、留存與回饋，毫不留情地推翻錯誤假設，並立刻進行下一次優化。
• 協助產出實驗結論：提供 Go / No-go 建議、優化使用者旅程（User Journey）策略。
• 用戶行為數據分析與洞察
• 協助定義並追蹤關鍵增長指標（如 DAU/MAU, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate）。
• 進行基礎數據清理與漏斗分析（Excel / Google Sheets / Amplitude 或其他分析工具）。
• 從數據中挖掘消費者行為洞察，轉化為下一個產品 MVP 的實驗靈感。
• 文件與溝通
• 撰寫並維護輕量級的文件：MVP 說明、簡易 PRD、A/B 測試實驗設計與結果覆盤。
• 在快節奏的環境中，確保跨團隊（產品、行銷、工程）對增長實驗的目標與進度保持對齊。

Requirements

• 對 B2C 產品與消費者心理有極高熱情，日常喜歡研究各類 App / 網站是如何吸引人、如何做 onboarding。
• 具備基本 Vibe coding / No-code / Low-code 經驗（不要求是工程師，但必須不怕看 code、能靠 AI 寫出可動的 prototype）。
• 具備強大的心理素質，熱愛 0→1 的過程，能接受快速迭代、習慣失敗，不害怕把昨天做好的東西整個砍掉重練。
• 對「數據驅動（Data-driven）」有基本概念，熟悉 Google Workspace、Excel / Google Sheets 數據處理。
• 能快速學習新工具，在不確定性極高、沒有標準答案的情境下，主動尋找解法並動手嘗試。
• 能獨立作業，同時樂於與 PM、設計、工程師進行高頻率的溝通與協作。

Nice to Have

• 曾嘗試開發面向消費者的 Side project、Prototype 或簡單產品（若有作品集或 GitHub 連結請務必附上）。
• 了解 Growth Hacking（成長駭客）基礎框架（如 AARRR 漏斗模型）。
• 有經營自媒體、社群，或參與過獲取 C 端用戶（User Acquisition）相關專案的經驗。
• 修過或自學過以下領域：產品管理、使用者心理學、行為經濟學、資料分析。
• 曾參與產品或創業型學生專案、Hackathon / 競賽。
• 熟悉 AI 生產力工具（如 ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor 等）的深度應用。

工作安排

• 每週工時：每週 3-4 天
• 出勤方式：每週至少 2 天進辦公室，其餘可遠端
• 合約期間：半年
• 薪資：NTD $230~$250 / 小時
